I would like to take a moment to extend my thanks to all of those who have supported Charissa Joy Photography in the beginning months! Your support was never unnoticed, and helped me get where I am today!

Due to the continued growth and popular demand, effective October 1 new pricing will be put in place. As such, any quotes that have been given will only be valid until that date...and your session must be booked and take place prior to. Anything after October 1 will qualify for the new pricing (to be announced in the upcoming weeks).

That being said, the fall season that is upon us is going to be a busy one! The kids are back in school, the leaves are starting to change...before we know it, Christmas will be here!! If you're anything like my mom, that means that you have already started your shopping!! Ladies, why not consider boudoir photos for that special someone this year? OR, guys...are you stuck for ideas for her this year? Pamper her with a spot in one of our boudoir marathons and make her feel like a goddess!!

Maternity Shoot With a Very Dear Friend

This weekend I was lucky enough to be involved in capturing one of my very best friends in a very beautiful state. Shaun and Felicia are expecting the arrival of baby Sienna in the near future (hopefully sooner than later!), and being able to give her the gift of photos was an honor for me! Felicia is the first out of my group of closest friends from high school to experience parenthood, and I wish her and Shaun all the best in their upcoming journey! I so look forward to meeting Sienna, and I will be there waiting to welcome her into the world!

A tribute to Grandma

With Mother's Day just around the corner, I was very honored to be involved in providing Chelsey with a tribute to her grandmother. Chelsey requested that we incorporate a favorite photo of her late grandmother with photos of her 3 week old baby Zoe. I hope that Chelsey enjoys the photos as much as I enjoyed taking them, and wish her all the best for her first Mother's Day.

Spring Boudoir Marathon

Spring has sprung (well, everything but the weather!) and bridal season is rapidly approaching! Stagette parties, gifts for your significant other, or even just a self confidence booster! For the month of May, I will be offering a discount for those interested in a boudoir marathon. What is a boudoir marathon you say? It is the standard one hour of shooting time that I offer, in an undetermined location. What saves you the money? I dedicate the entire day to photographing boudoir! I will fit 7-8 girls into one day, and as a result--you ALL save money! Let me know if you are interested in participating, cost will vary according to how many participants there are.
